Zumba is an exercise class using hypnotic Latin music
and international rhythms to create a fitness program that
will blow you away.
Zumba is more dance -party than structured shouting
orders exercise class. In zumba you learn by watching
and copying 3-4 steps in each song repeated over and
over, and no one expects you to instantly pick up the
moves. As long as you're moving you are doing just fine,
relax and have fun . All classes are of medium impact dance
fitness level which you can adapt to either step it up for a
more vigorous workout or tone it down according to your
ability. You will achieve a total body workout,with special
attention paid to the arms, upper body and core area. Expect
to burn anything between 500- 800 calories per class
depending on the effort.
There is no dance experience required. Our class is

The fee is £5 per session pay as you go . No booking required, just turn up. All venues have ample parking facilities.

home made snacks.
