Zumba is an exercise class using hypnotic Latin music
and international rhythms to create a fitness program that
will blow you away.
Zumba is more dance -party than structured shouting
orders exercise class. In zumba you learn by watching
and copying 3-4 steps in each song repeated over and
over, and no one expects you to instantly pick up the
moves. As long as you're moving you are doing just fine,
relax and have fun . You will achieve a total body workout
with special attention paid to the arms, upper body and core
area...Most people become repeat customers simply because
it really works and it's an enjoyable exercise class.
There is no dance experience required. Our class is
welcoming everyone regardless of shape, age, gender or
Please wear trainers (non marking sole preferable),
bring your water bottle and wear something comfortable.
